Breakfast features light fare items such as fresh baked pastries, custom coffee blends, and exotic tea varietals. In addition to heartier menu options; BARDAVID utilizes sustainably sourced ingredients, including cage-free eggs and locally sourced honey.

Lunch hours include popular mediterranean dishes, classically prepared by Chef Marco Bahena. Our signature entrées, craft salad options, and protein-packed bites are a few examples of the sharable plates featured for lunch. Comprised of locally sourced ingredients, the menu is reflective of Chef’s focus on delivering versatility in every dish.

D I N N E R
As afternoon transitions to evening, the menu evolves into a sophisticated evening experience; complemented with wines by the glass, craft cocktails, and zero-proof beverage options. Guests can enjoy seasonally rotating dishes throughout the evening, hand-crafted with hints of mediterranean influence and seasonally inspired creativity.

M E E T T H E C H E F
Chef Marco Bahena’s love for cooking began first with a passion for taking care of others when he was a teen. Realizing he could nurture others through his food; his passion carried him to train locally at Kendall College, prior to traveling to the Basque Region to work at the 3-Michelin star restaurant ‘Martin Berasategui’. Shortly after, he found himself at the Everest in Chicago as he progressed through the traditional French brigade system.
